When Morgan was 18-months old, going into nursery and could identify all the letters of the alphabet, we used to joke, "Oh yeah, she's totally going to be in GATE." Fast forward four years later and she totally is going to be in GATE. We received a letter from the school that she can start the program next year when she starts the first grade. We are so thrilled. She totally NEEDS this. Kindergarten has been a bit of a struggle trying to keep her interest. Congratulations Morgie!(Oh come on! I'm allowed a boast about my kid once in a while, eh?)

Congratulations Miss Morgan indeed! No one is at all surprised, either, at the fact that she is completely and totally GATE material. Everyone can see it! You and Scott absolutley need to "share" with others about Morgan's abilities, especially with others that love her as grandmas, grampas, aunties, uncles and cousins. That way we can all brag a little!

Wow! This is wonderful! Now that I hear about it, I knew it! Can I still joke about ohter people who must have been in GATE when they were in school? I can't wait to hear more!

Great job Morgan! I think I taught her some of what she knows too. Just ask her to sing the theme song for the The Gummy Bears...yeah, that was all me.
