Actually, you can see below he got his hand stuck behind the mirror and was trying desperately to get his fingers in his mouth and not really trying to make-out with himself.

I thought maybe it was a baby thing because when Ethan sees himself in the mirror he gets the biggest grin on his face. I wouldn't blame Beck for wanting to make out w/ himself though. He's such a cutie!!!
