First, you let the Grandma's plan it (they always know how to do things just right). You get matching dresses for all the girls, again all the Grandmas' doings. These dresses came with matching outfits for their dolls too!
Then, you have to serve tea and crumpets (and by tea I mean peach soda water, and by crumpets I mean heart shaped pb&j).
Now don't forget the "decorate your own cupcake part". 
Kendall can make a mean cupcake.
(There really is a cupcake underneath all that)
And Grandma Dolly didn't disappoint the chef. What a sport!
Finally, the party isn't complete without a bucket full of ladybugs (bought at your local home improvement store). It was my favorite part.
They loved Morgan's hair. Can you spot all five?
And Alli's eyebrow.
